PATNA: People from different walks of life on Thursdaycondemned the decision the state government to reduce the MNREGA wage from Rs 144 to Rs 138 and demanded that MNREGA wages should be increased to Rs 168 as no one should be paid less than minimum wage for any work.
A delegation led by Kamayani Swami of Jan Jagran Shakti Sangthan on Thursday met senior Bihar cadre IAS officer Arvind Chaudhary and handed a letter for the state rural development minister, Nitish Mishra.
